This is full on an Olympic contact sport at this point. HUGE PSA, not medical advise just suggestions by our on-call nurse.. When your toddler is constantly throwing up from the flu, you should hold off on solid foods for the first 6-24 hours, focusing only on small, frequent sips of clear fluids (like electrolyte solutions) to prevent dehydration.
