Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that it was alerted to a fire at 1 Tampines Walk at 12:05am on Jan. 1, 2026. The fire involved a small patch of grass at the rooftop garden of the affected building. SCDF extinguished the fire using a hosereel. There were no reported injuries.
